Is it possible to capture and display multiple angles of a live subject using video through AR?

I was looking at the “AR guide” in the video below, and wondered if it might be possible to move around them, perhaps just 120 degrees. I was thinking of the “bullet time” rigs which capture stills/animations, and product 360s on shopping websites. Gr… Augmented Reality & /u/wogawoga

I was thinking of the “bullet time” rigs which capture stills/animations, and product 360s on shopping websites. Green screens isolate the subject. What if those were video?

Just can’t work out how’d you’d switch angles in displaying within an AR environment based on user movement.

I’m certain this is more complicated than I can imagine, so I’m curious what you guys think.
