Name of AR Glasses in sun-glasses form-factor.

They're afaik a new startup and have made AR Glasses that fit into a Sunglasses form-factor without any external hardware. Does anyone remember their name, their website is with a black background that's sadly all I can remember. It's not Vuzix btw.
