Standalone VR headset with RGB passthrough, ARCore and hand tracking?

What is 'bang for the buck' mockup for a standalone VR headset which would have the following :

  • RGB 3D passthrough
  • ARCore or similar SDK
  • full skeleton hand tracking (no simple limited gestures)
