Hey all, kinda new to the whole AR world but familiar with C4D, Octane, Blender, UE4 and 3D content generation in general.

So my question really is: what would be a good solution for an AR app ( over android and IOS ) that would let me go between different rooms in a specific building and it’ll give me information about the rooms as I move around the rooms? ( with 3D generated content etc. )

The backend can be hosted on the buildings server if needed so it can be a custom app or an already existing one.

I’m taking an augmented reality course and the topic of the final project is free for us to decide but it had to be approved by the professor. however the tools we use are entirely up to us.
My project had the following requirements:

Use facial recognition to place sunglasses on the users face

The user needs to be able to switch between sunglasses models via gesture or marker

My professor recommended me Lens Studio for this. However I failed to find a tutorial that teaches the tools without using the premade templates and I’m starting to feel like it isn’t the right tool. And I’m reaching to this platform hoping to find someone that has either, a better tool for this or a more in depth tutorial for lens studio. I’m even willing to make it directly with Python + opencv if I find the right guide for the job. Thanks a lot for your time
