Greetings all. I’m running into a persistent Unity error that I can’t find a solution for.

„Could not find shader named “ required for video overlay on camera subsystem.“

What’s odd is that it is not listing what the shader is and instead is just a mysterious “

I am working in Unity vers 2019.4.7 and have tried several combinations of the AR asset packages and no luck.

Any help is appreciated.

Recently I realize how important it is to be part of communities where I can discuss with other people about ideas and problems related to augmented reality. I tried to find good communities but the ones I found weren’t as good as I expected. Slack and Discord aren’t good in my opinion because the messages disappear as more messages are sent. That is why I created this https://augmented-reality-forum.tribe.so/. It’s normal forum where questions and discussions stay in better order.

I didn’t do this to get credits for creating a community or monetizing but genuinely want a great AR community in great platform. I understand if most of the people don’t see this as worth of their time as they can reach more people in their current communities but I hope that over time more and more people joins and this could become the main hub.

And in case you believe someone to already do really good job, please let me know so I don’t end up trying to reinvent the wheel.
