I’m getting really frustrated, I have an android 7 which is not exactly new, I know, but it is AR capable and it runs AR apps fine, but Google says the ARCore app is not compatible.

I’m trying to learn ARfoundation with unity and I got the black screen thing when I hit build and run, and the internet said to install the ARCore app to fix that problem, and that’s when I realised my device isn’t compatible somehow.

I tried these turn arounds and apks and whatnot (I think I did it correctly at least) and they said they were installed w no issues, but nothing has changed

what do I do (that doesn’t involve me buying a new phone in this market)?

But I am seeing some pink dots when I tap on the screen and I don’t really know how to fix it, so any help with that would be appreciated.
