I was asked what an upgraded smart key for a hotel chain could look like. This could make sense as a launch point for deeper integration on-site at location to enhance the customer journey. Some companies still need apps – so this illustrates access to that as well – even though it’s WebAR to start.

💃🏽🕺🏽Working on an AR Pole Dance Experience for the upcoming generation of XR headsets. Can’t wait to see the fruits of our labour through the Quest Pro’s passthrough mode – in true-to-life color and brilliant resolution.

Tutorial: Quickly clean up your Photogrammetry for AR with Blender. I used Luma Ai beta for my scans but this method will work for pretty much all photogrammetry artifacts. Let me know if you find this useful and I will make more tutorials specific to optimization overall.

Local Development Environment
I’m an experienced developer, and fledgling AR developer exploring A-Frame and AR.js. One bump in the road has been https and how it impacts local development.
I’m curious how other developers solve this problem of needing a secure connection. Do people go to the trouble of using mkcert to set up proper https certs for local? Or do people move things onto a server environment as part of the development workflow?
Any help or suggestions you have for setting up your local development environment for rapid iteration would be really appreciated. Thanks!

AR I made in Unity at lunch, cause It was sunny outside but chilly and I am like someone should be out there doing stuff. Characters & animation by mixamo cause don’t have time right now but rooftop is mine:) this is an excellent way to get more friends to attend your parties.
