Augmented reality presentation

Hey guy so the coming week i have class presentation about augmented reality and I was wondering how I could make the presentation very engaging and keep the audience invested with the things they see. I already thought of using some apps like Jigs and google lens to demonstrate some AR’s but I still want some elements that could contribute to a WOW factor for my presentation, any suggestion is appreciated, just explain to me in detail how exactly I should use what’s suggested

How to display box with ThreeJS + AR.js – Web AR application?

Hi, Has anyone worked on a ThreeJS + AR.js implementation? More specifically with a location-based tracking AR? Could you provide me with an example project or a snippet of how to display a box on a specific location? Thanks! submitted by … Augmented Reality & /u/Expensive_Ad_8683

Pssst- got a minute? 1m 48s to be exact. In this tutorial, I show the EASIEST and most used feature to do in PrintCAST – adding video to an image. I see this asked for a lot here. In this case – I just used the first frame of the video as my tracking image (not always the best depending on detail).

Adobe – are you kidding me? "the most intuitive way to build, view, and share immersive AR experiences" It was janky 2 years ago – it’s janky today. I’ve never put any other AR company on blast – but you are not an AR company – you assimilate. To be frank – all your products feel like beta now.

Location-based AR – 3D Coordinates field

Hi, I am working on a location-based AR Project. I am trying to assign location to a simple object, such as a box. My question is: How the 3D coordinates field should look like? Would it be a text field with lat/long? Would it be a map picker from whe… Augmented Reality & /u/Expensive_Ad_8683

Is it possible to create a VR and AR app with Unity?

So I am a developer, but I am totally new to the AR/VR/MR world.

I wanted it to be a story where the user will point their camera to X, that will activate the AR character. After a few interactions, the user will click on something and trigger an event that will change the scenario to the VR part of the story.

tl;dr: What I want is for the application to be part AR and part VR.

Is it possible? What tools and techniques should I be looking to learn?

(I found this video that mixes both realities as I expected: https://youtu.be/sYBBTYzbZhA. Also, this instagram effect https://www.instagram.com/p/CiSm36YjuG2/)
