An app for android

I am looking to see if anyone here knows of or remembers the AR app for iphone for inception that took sounds from all around you and changed them so it created a surreal experience.

Mainly looking to see if anyone knows where to get an apk of it for android or a similar one. I have scoured the internet and cant find one
