I'm searching a WebAR platform that incorporates markerless anchors/triggers for indoor spaces with the following requirements:

User A: 1. Visit url 2. Sign-up page, profile creation and SAAS payment 3. Scan indoor space and add text description (markerless anchors) 4. Any user in the same environment can view the text description via a web browser

User B: 1. Visit url (no profile creation) 2. While in the same indoor space, views text description (markerless anchors)

Is this a custom build or can I use an existing platform (preferably no-code)?

I've been testing a few different platforms but I would really appreciate the wisdom of this sub.
