I recently bought an AR-capable smartphone (Realme 9 pro+) and at first AR worked great. But after a system update, the surface tracking is not working at all and the depth lab examples don't work either. I had the same thing a few years ago with a Samsung S20 pro (or plus?). Now I don't know if I should send my new smartphone back, because the AR functionallity is not given and I need it for that as a developer.

So my question is: Did you experience the same problem after a system update? With which brand or model? How long did you have to wait before it worked again? And what happened that it worked again? Another system update or a google AR foundation update?

Thank you for your replies! I'm a little bit annoyed, that Googles AR foundation or ARCore is so unstable and could be gone after each update...
