ARCore Screen Recording API Tutorial

Dear AR community, does someone have a good video tutorial on how to implement the ARCore Recording API through Unity3D?

I found this https://codelabs.developers.google.com/codelabs/arcore-record-and-playback-intro#0 but I cant wrap it around my head how it works :(
