Best AR Avatar Software for low-fi full body animations
I’m making a few animated skits for some marketing material and need to capture a full-body avatar mirroring my own body in front of a green screen (so I can keep the avatar and import it into my promo video). It seems like Samsung’s AR emoji and possibly Vcam are the top two contenders for full body avatars that can be video recorded. Samsung seems better at motion capture , while Vcam has more body-type options. Neither software is that great, and they don’t seem to capture my hand movements. Does anyone have thoughts on fastest way to crank out full body animations that are good at mirroring arm/hand movements?
The avatars don’t need to have super high fidelity, I just need to capture my hand movements and have different body types & skin colors. It seems like the next level option is to use Unreal Engine + Iclone, but that quality seems like overkill for my needs.
Any thoughts?
