Clarification regarding the types of realities.
There are many different meanings floating around for VR/AR/MR/XR etc... such as how AR, XR, and All-R are all used interchangeably as a general term for all types of computer-affected realities. These are my definitions of them to my understanding, feel free to correct or add to them.
- VR Virtual Reality
- Blocks the real world and puts the user in a completely different virtual environment.

- AR Augmented Reality
- Computer generated content is added onto the real world.
- Both virtual and IRL can be experienced together.

- MR Mixed Reality
- Computer genereated content is added to the real world and interacts with it.
- Objects can anchor to objects IRL.

- XR Extended Reality
- Trademark registered to the Sony Corporation (2010). Used in the content of mobile AR.
- X in this context is just a variable, meaning that the X in XR can be many things.
- Synonymous with All-R.

- QR Quantimetric Reality
- The reality conforming to Humanistic Intelligence.
- Multidimensional; uses inputs such as heart rate, BCI data, etc...
- Multi-sensory and complex.

- All-R All Reality
- Unified framework for all types of realities.

- XYR Mediated Reality
- Technology can modify or change/mediate our reality.
- Wearables that filter out advertisements, visual clutter, etc...
