Does AR.js work with Microsoft Hololens glasses?

I am creating a web-based AR application, which has a location-based tracking method. Do Hololens 2 glasses have a way to get the location of the user? If using absolute location with lat/long, would this be an issue for the Hololens 2 glasses? Also, can the application be accessed through a browser with Hololens?
