But this functionality has never been available in Apple Podcasts — until now. Starting with iOS 18, iPadOS 18, and macOS Sequoia 15, released on Sept. 16, you have access to precise sharing in the Podcasts app. Precise sharing lets you add time stamps to episode links you share so that family, friends, followers, and others you share the link with can begin playing the episode at a specific time instead of starting from the beginning.
