I'd like to create an historic augmented reality tour of the financial district in New York in 1660, where people can walk around and hold up their phones and see what the place might have looked like at the time, aligned to the actual environment? How would I go about doing that?

Would also be good to know who made it so I can reach out for collaboration or help, since it's of a location in NYC in 1895. Our project is called Mapping Early New York, through the New Amsterdam History Center. New York City began as New Amsterdam in what is now the financial district, full of homes and taverns and canals and a city wall that was later torn down and called wall street. Currently does not work well for mobile:
