Implementing Websites Into AR

I’m currently in the process of acquiring a DIY iPhone AR kit and was wondering if anyone here had any knowledge on whether it would be possible to implement an already existing website into its own AR app. In this case, I’m asking about this website which tracks live Tokyo rail lines: https://minitokyo3d.com

Any feedback or advice would really help!
