Is there an Ar/Vr app where you can watch Ar models with VR-glasses ?

You can remove the front cover from the most VR-smartphone glasses to use ar/vr functions. Is there any app or possibly(for ios) to upload AR models and watch them through the vr glasses (in vr screen format)
