Mimicking Vuforia Studio’s ‚Model Target‘ Feature

Hi all, I'm an artist interested in using AR for animating public signage! I'm looking at recreating the 'model tracking' feature of Vuforia in a WebAR application. I don't have the hefty funds to release something on Vuforia Studio. Any tips welcome!
