I'm developing a free ar app with the free license of Vuforia but I am kinda confused about licenses.
If I want to publish on Play and Apple Stores, do I have to pay at least the basic licenses of 42$? Do I have also some restrictions on user downloads or image targets? Can I use the free development key to access the stores and my image targets?
