What am I missing?
I've never really bothered with AR before but I saw an interesting article, it said I would need to use it on my phone for best effect, so I duly typed up the address on my Sony Xperia X2 running latest updated Android version 9.
On Chrome it asks me if I want to grant access, then when I tap "show in my space" a little box pops up at the bottom of the screen with an i in a circle and a close x - tapping the i does nothing and the cross just gets rid - I don't get any augmented reality of any kind, just nothing.
I tried downloading dolphin, granted access to camera etc. When I tap "show in my space" all I get is a page saying "No results found for "pname:cpm.google.ar.core" it appears to have taken me to the Play Store...
Is there something simple or a phone setting I am missing? I would have hoped this would have worked without having to be a developer (which is what a quick Google search seemed to lead to, a load of techo babble that is totally beyond me!). Would have thought Google's tech in Google's operating system in Google's browser would kind of work without fuss.
How do I just get this to work? The resource is at:
