Vuforia image target textures occupy weird amount of space
I’m developing an app on Unity with Vuforia being the main technology. There is a limit to the app size, so I investigated it. I used Unity Explorer – the utility, that is used to determine how much space does each component of your app takes. Most of the space is occupied by Vuforia image targets. What surprised me – is that each of them has an integer size in megabytes, the is the power of 2. Each target is either 1, 2 or 4mb.
Help me please, to deal with it problem. What can I do to reduce the size of an application?
